Campaign Description

This campaign sends SMS alerts to internal admins at PayMatch.ai when a new chat is initiated by a nurse. Alerts include the nurse name, email, phone number, and a link to the admin portal for review. No SMS messages are sent to end users.

Admins opt in by enabling the alert toggle and entering their phone number in the secure admin settings panel. Message and data rates may apply. Admins can opt out anytime from the same panel.

Consent Text

Admins opt in by enabling alerts from the PayMatch.ai admin dashboard and registering their phone number in a secure field. This feature is only accessible to authenticated admin users. Consent is stored internally and users can opt out anytime via the admin panel.

Opt-Out

  • •Once disabled, new chats will no longer trigger SMS alerts to that number.
